I write about the messiness  of family, identity, love, and the stories we inherit. I try to blend humor with heart while exploring life's contradictions through characters who are as smart and charming as they are flawed.
 

My debut novel, The Goldie Standard, was named one of Kirkus Reviews' 100 Best Indie Books of 2024. Shocker! My second novel, Holy Shift (Sibylline Press, 2027), is about an Orthodox Jewish computer scientist navigating tradition, ambition, family expectations, artificial intelligence, and an inconveniently irresistible physicist, proving that debugging software is a lot easier than debugging the human heart.

Before allowing myself to write fiction, I spent years in the world of
computer science. Now I write stories instead of programs, but I'm still fascinated by codes. Specifically the ones that define us.
 

In addition to writing, I'm a speaker for the Kindertransport Association, sharing the story of my father, a Kindertransport survivor, and exploring the legacy of resilience, memory, and hope across generations.

My essays and fiction have appeared in The Forward, Moment, Lilith, Pacifica Literary Review, Zibby's On Being Jewish Today, and Zibby's Between Chapters, among other publications.
